Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellation Policy


We understand that unexpected things crop up, but we kindly ask that, where possible, you give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Failure to do so on more than one occasion may result in payment being asked for the missed appointment, and a deposit required to secure future bookings.


Late Policy


If you arrive late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee we can fulfil your entire booking as we have clients booked in after you.
If we cannot carry out all the treatments booked, we reserve the right to take payment for the whole treatment.
